i suck at blogs

yea so august is pretty much over now, and i haven't updated in a while mostly due to a crazy week at work (50+ hr weeks!) and my comps internet connection being wonky and shitty.... a problem andy fixed with a fancy wireless usb doohicky. did i spell that word right? is it even a word. point is that i have wireless on my pc now! and besides it freaking out and having "a thermal event" when i turn it on sometimes, everything is cool.

so, i went to picthfork and got really sunburned, then it was andy's birthday! whic was right smack in the middle of hell week at work, so i spent it with him and his fam, but we didn 't get to have a big party for him until last week. which we did and which was super fun. i was scared about having a bunch of people in our place, especially drunk kids, ESPECIALLY since our lease makes us ask for permission if we have people over and NO ONE Is allowed past 1am. yea, i know! but we had like 15 all here past 3 or so, and no one freaked out. also, if youd like some rum or tequila we have lots since andys doesn't really drink and i think i'm going to stop completely as i've gotten super sick each and every time i have.

anyway. also went to the lollapalooza, worked a bunch more, went to a white sox. red sox game, showed andy around downtown (he'd never been to millennium park!) got some korean bbq - still delicious! and mostly settled into the apartment and have general fanciful times with andy. oh and i got a new fancy phone that is wine colored and technically a pda/ smart phone so i can like, type super quickly and store uhm, data? shrug. i use it just as less as the old one. so.

oh! the best thing is that today (or over the weekend, i;'m not sure) the chicago bears ad i did are being posted so if you live in chicago, and see an ad on your local billboard, el stop, bus shelter, tv or on the actual bus, think of me. because i worked my ass off on those. (look here!) in another week the catalog will be released, as well. and bears fans, i hope you like it. because you will never know how close i was to bombing soldier field. especially after that saturday i had to work.
